By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, White bread slices Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients 200 grams chicken mince 4 white bread slices 2 tablespoons cornflour ½ tablespoon garlic, chopped ½ tablespoon ginger chopped Salt to taste A pinch of white pepper powder 2 green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce 1 egg white 1 tablespoon onion chopped 2 eggs whisked Sesame seeds for sprinkling Method Put the chicken mince in a blender jar and grind to a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl. Add cornflour, garlic, ginger, salt, white pepper powder, green chillies, dark soy sauce and egg white, and mix well. Add onion and mix well. Cut the bread slices into 8 roundels with a medium-sized round cookie cutter. Break an egg in another bowl and whisk well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai Brush all the bread roundels on one side with the egg and place some chicken mixture over them. Brush some more egg over the chicken mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds. Slide in these coins, chicken side downwards, into hot oil and deep-fry turning sides till both sides are evenly golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
