Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Masala Noodles Recipe

  • Boneless chicken cut into small pieces 100 grams

  • Instant noodles 250 grams

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 1/2 tablespoon

  • Medium onion finely chopped 1

  • Green peas 1/4 cup

  • French beans finely chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Taste maker 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Green capsicum finely chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Carrot finely chopped 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, green peas and French beans, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add chicken and mix well. Add taste maker and salt and mix well.

Step 3

Break and add instant noodles and capsicum, mix and cook for a minute. Add 2 cups water and carrots, mix, cover and cook till fully done.

Step 4

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
