By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Thai green curry paste Cuisine Thai Course Rice Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Thai Rice 250 grams Chicken mince 1 tablespoon Thai green curry paste 2 cups Jasmine rice cooked 1 tablespoon Oil 7-8 Garlic cloves 1 teaspoon Fresh red chillies chopped 1 medium Onion sliced to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns ½ cup Coconut milk for garnish fried basil leaves Method Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Slice garlic, add to pan and sauté till golden. Add fresh red chillies and onion, mix and sauté till onion turns golden. Add Thai green curry paste and mix well. Add chicken mince and salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add rice and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for a minute. Add coconut milk and some water, mix, cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot garnished with fried basil leaves.
