Ingredients list for Chicken and Spring Onion Canape
- 1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
 - 2 cup Canape Cups finely chopped
 - 12 Canape cups
 - 3 Green chillies chopped
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup for garnish
 - to taste Salt
 
Method
- Mix together the chicken, green chillies, coriander leaves and tomato ketchup in a bowl.
 - Add the spring onions and salt and mix well.
 - Fill the canapes with the mixture. Serve immediately, garnished with coriander leaves and a dot of tomato ketchup.
