Ingredients list for Chicken and Spring Onion Canape

  • 1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
  • 2 cup Canape Cups finely chopped
  • 12 Canape cups
  • 3 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup for garnish
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Mix together the chicken, green chillies, coriander leaves and tomato ketchup in a bowl.
  2. Add the spring onions and salt and mix well.
  3. Fill the canapes with the mixture. Serve immediately, garnished with coriander leaves and a dot of tomato ketchup.
