Slice garlic cloves. Heat olive oil in another non-stick pan. Add some ice cubes to a bowl half filled with water. Add garlic to the oil in the other pan and saute till slightly burnt. Drain soya beans from boiling water and put into the bowl of iced water for a couple of minutes. Drain soya beans from the iced water and add to the garlic in the other pan and toss. Add salt and crushed red chillies and toss again. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot.
