Chilli Paneer This Indo-Chinese creating has cottage cheese chunks stirfried with capsicum, onion and tantalizing Chinese sauces. By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Paneer, Green Chillies Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chilli Paneer 300 grams Paneer 2 tbsps Green Chillies 3 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch 3-4 cloves Garlic crushed 1 medium Onion halved and thickly sliced 2 medium Green capsicums cut into thick strips 6-8 Green chillies sliced 1 cup Vegetable stock to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon MSG Method Cut the cottage cheese into medium sized diamonds. Heat sufficient oil in a wok, roll the cheese diamonds in one tablespoon of cornflour and deep fry on medium heat until the edges start to turn brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Mix the remaining cornflour in half a cup of water. Heat two tablespoons oil in a non-stick wok, add the garlic and stir-fry for half a minute. Add the salt, soy sauce and MSG and mix well. Add the cornflour mixture and cook on high heat stirring and tossing until the sauce thickens to coat the cheese and the vegetables. Serve hot immediately.
