By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 May 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pomegranate juice, Red chilli powder Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chilli Pomegranate Sorbet - SK Khazana 4 cups Pomegranate juice fresh 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 3/4 cup Sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons Black salt (kala namak) 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder roasted 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 7-8 Mint leaves fresh Method Heat pomegranate juice in a deep pan, add sugar and mix till sugar dissolves. Add black salt, crushed black peppercorns, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and chilli powder and mix well. Add a few mint leaves and mix. Cook till the mixture reduces a little bit. Take it off the heat and strain into another bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream churner bucket. Place it on the churner and churn it for 20 minutes. Take it out of the ice cream churner and serve immediately.
