By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ready-made puff pastry dough, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Choco Nut Rings- Sk Khazana 200 grams Ready-made puff pastry dough Refined flour (maida) for dusting 4 tablespoons Chocolate-hazelnut spread 4 tablespoons Roasted chopped hazelnut 1 Egg Brown sugar for sprinkling Method Preheat the oven at 180° C. Dust a little flour on the work top, place the pastry dough on it and roll into a thin sheet. Trim the edges of two sides and divide the sheet into 4 squares. Make 4 cuts at ½ inch distance from each other starting from the bottom on each square leaving about 1 inch space uncut on the top. Apply 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread on each uncut portion and spread it evenly. Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped hazelnut on it. Start rolling from the uncut portion of the square to form a log. Bring the two ends together to shape it like a ring. Place them on a greased baking tray. Break in an egg in a small bowl and whisk it with a fork. Brush egg on the rings and sprinkle brown sugar. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
