Ingredients for Chocolate Bread Bomb Recipe

  • Dark chocolate shavings 200 grams

  • White bread slices 16

  • Processed cheese , grated 100 grams

  • Refined flour slurry as required

  • Dried breadcrumbs 2 cups

  • Oil to deep fry

  • Icing sugar for dusting


Step 1

Lightly roll the bread slices with a rolling pin. Then cut the bread slices in roundels with a round cutter.

Step 2

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

Step 3

On each bread roundel, place some chocolate shavings in the center, top it up with some cheese, further place some more chocolate shavings on top.

Step 4

Apply water on the edges of the bread roundel and cover with another bread roundel. Press the edges to seal.

Step 5

Dip this bread bomb in refined flour slurry and then coat with breadcrumbs. Slide these bombs gently into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 6

Dust with icing sugar, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
