Ingredients for Chocolate Chilli Truffles Recipe

  • White chocolate , chopped 2 cups

  • Fresh red chillies, , finely chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Colourful sprinklers for coating

  • Pistachios , crushed for coating

  • Desiccated coconut for coating


Step 1

To prepare chocolate chilli ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add chillies, mix and bring to boil.

Step 2

Transfer the hot cream into a bowl, add white chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes or till set.

Step 3

Take colourful sprinklers, pistachios and desiccated coconut in separate bowls.

Step 4

Divide the chocolate chilli ganache into equal portions and shape them into balls.

Step 5

Coat few portions in colorful sprinklers, pistachios and desiccated coconut and shape into balls.

Step 6

Arrange these truffles on a serving platter and serve.
