Take dark chocolate in a bowl, add the warmed cream and mix till the chocolate melts and is smooth. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Take coffee powder in another bowl, add some hot water and mix well to make a decoction. Blend together chilled chocolate ganache, ice cream, milk and coffee decoction to a smooth mixture. Pour into individual tall glasses. Top with whipped cream, garnish with chocolate vermicelli and coffee beans.
