By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Dec 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dark chocolate, Rice Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 2-2.30 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Kheer ½ cup Dark chocolate grated 2 tablespoons Rice soaked 4 cups Milk ¼ cup Mawa (khoya) grated ? cup Sugar for garnishing Chocolate chips Method Grind rice to a coarse paste. Boil milk in a non-stick pan. Add rice paste and cook till the milk reduces and rice is cooked. Add mawa and mix. Add sugar and stir till it dissolves. Transfer into a bowl and add chocolate and mix.
