By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dark chocolate, Fresh cream Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Mousse Shots 120 grams Dark chocolate chopped 60 millilitres Fresh cream 2 Egg yolks 1 Egg 600 grams Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 tablespoon Orange juice 1 cup Whipped cream for garnishing Chocolate shavings Method Heat cream in a non-stick pan and once it comes to a slight boil, turn off heat. Add chocolate and mix well. Place the egg yolks and the egg in the upper bowl of a double boiler. Add sugar and whisk well to make a sabayon. Take the bowl off the double boiler. Add the chocolate ganache and mix. Add orange juice and mix well. Add whipped cream and fold in well. Fill the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into individual shot glasses. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or till set.
