Ingredients for Chocolate Overnight Muesli Recipe

  • Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons

  • Muesli 1 3/4 cups for garnishing

  • Ripe bananas 2

  • Soy milk 2 cups

  • Seedless dates , chopped 6-7

  • Apple 1 medium

  • Orange segments 8-10

  • Chia seeds 2 tablespoons

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Mixed nuts , chopped to garnish

  • Black berries 10-12 to garnish

  • Strawberries 2-3 to garnish

  • Blueberries 8-10 to garnish

Method

Step 1

Peel and break bananas in half and put into a blender jar, add soy milk, dates and cocoa powder and blend to a find paste.

Step 2

Grate apple into a large bowl, add orange segments, muesli and the blended mixture. Add chia seeds and honey and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3

Transfer into serving bowls, sprinkle chopped mixed nuts and some muesli on top, garnish with a few black berries. Slice the strawberries and place on top, arrange a few blueberries and serve.
