This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 May 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Chocolate Pakode Main Ingredients Chocolate bars, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup refined flour (maida) ½ cup cornflour ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder + to sprinkle A pinch of baking soda 1 tablespoon powdered sugar + for garnish ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence 1 tablespoon oil + to deep fry 8 frozen chocolate bars Cocoa powder for garnish Rabdi for garnish Chocolate sauce to drizzle Method Take refined flour, cornflour, cinnamon powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl. Add sufficient water and mix well to make a thick batter. Add oil, mix well and set aside to rest for 10 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Coat the chocolate bars with batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. Arrange them on a serving plate. Sift cocoa powder and powdered sugar over them. Sprinkle cinnamon powder, place a few spoonsful of rabdi in the centre and drizzle chocolate sauce.
