Ingredients list for Chocolate Soil

120 grams Cocoa powder
220 grams Castor sugar
A pinch Salt
80 grams Butter melted
of your ch Ice cream
to serve Orange segments
to serve Kiwi slices
to garnish Fresh mint sprigs

Method

Put cocoa powder, sugar and salt in a mixer jar and process. Add melted butter, little by little, and continue processing till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Transfer into a bowl.
Arrange some of this soil on a serving plate, place a quenelle of ice cream of your choice, orange segments and kiwi wedges over it, garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
