Ingredients for Chocolate Truffles Recipe

  • Dark Chocolate chopped 500 grams

  • Cocoa Powder 250 millilitres

  • Butter 60 grams

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup

  • Pistachios chopped 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Heat cream in a deep non stick pan.

Step 2

Place dark chocolate in a bowl and pour the hot cream over it. Stir till the chocolate melts.

Step 3

Melt butter and add and mix well. Keep the bowl in microwave for a minute, take it out and stir again to make a smooth mixture.

Step 4

Step 5

Place cocoa powder in one plate and chopped pistachios in another.

Step 6

Take the bowl out of the refrigerator and shape the mixture into small balls.

Step 7

Roll some of the balls in cocoa powder and others in chopped pistachios and serve.
