By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dark chocolate, Walnuts Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Walnut Fudge 100 grams Dark chocolate , chopped 1/2 cup + to sprinkle Walnuts , chopped 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter 400 grams Condensed milk 1 cup Khoya/mawa , grated Method Line a barfi tray with cling film. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add chocolate and mix continuously till it melts. Add condensed milk and cook, stirring continuously, for 5-6 minutes or till the mixture thickens. Add walnuts, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add khoya and cook, stirring continuously, till mixture thickens further. Switch off the heat and keep stirring till it cools slightly. Transfer the chocolate mixture into the lined tray, spread evenly and tap. Set aside till it cools down a little more. Cut into small pieces of any shape you desire. Keep the tray in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or till it sets.
