Ingredients list for Chocolate and Oats Lollipop

  • 150 grams Dark chocolate roughly chopped
  • 150 grams White chocolate roughly chopped
  • 3/4 cup Rolled oats roasted
  • 3 tablespoons Walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cups Dates chopped

Method

  1. Grind together oats, walnuts and dates into a coarse mixture. Transfer in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into medium size balls.
  3. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and whisk till smooth and tempered. Similarly, melt the white chocolate and temper it.
  4. Insert small plastic sticks in the prepared balls to make lollipops. Dip the lollipops, one by one, in the melted dark and white chocolate and let the excess chocolate drip off. Refrigerate till set.
  5. Serve.
