Finely chop onions, garlic and green chillies. Put potatoes in a bowl and mash with your fingers. Peel the roasted brinjal and mash along with the potatoes. Add onion, garlic, green chillies, salt and mustard oil and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with litti.
