Chop ginger and green chilli and add along with pomegranate seeds, black salt and salt and grind to a smooth chutney. Add yogurt and grind again. Add to dosa batter and mix well. Heat a non stick dosa tawa. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread to round dosa. Increase heat, drizzle oil all around and cook, turning sides, till it becomes golden and crisp on both sides.
