Add heavy cream, ground cinnamon, honey and salt and whisk well. Heat clarified butter in a non-stick pan. Cut bread slices into triangles. Dip each bread triangle one by one in the egg mixture and place on the pan. Shallow-fry till evenly golden from both the sides. Place French toast on a serving plate. Sift icing sugar on top and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream scoops and rose petals.
