Ingredients list for Citrus Glazed Carrots
- 2 cups Pineapple-orange juice
 - 3 medium Carrots peeled
 - a pinch Salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Butter
 - a few sprigs Parsley
 
Method
- Cut carrots into ¼ inch thick round slices and put them into a non stick pan.Add pineapple-orange juice and cook.
 - Add salt and pepper powder and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add butter and mix. Chop curly parsley and add. Mix well and serve.
