Add lemon squash, lemon juice and vanilla ice cream and blend again. Add 2-3 drops of edible lemon yellow colour and blend once more. Take a plastic container with a tight fitting lid. Pour the mixture into it, level out the surface, close lid and keep it in the freezer till set. Serve in scoops.
