  • 3 Oranges peeled and separated into segments
  • 1 medium Carrot peeled
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger
  • a pinch Salt
  • a pinch Sugar

Method

  1. Process the oranges, carrot and ginger in a food processor.Add salt and sugar and mix well.
