Ingredients for Citrus Tea Cooler Recipe

  • Tea bags 3

  • Fresh orange juice 1 cup

  • Lemon 1 slice

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Fresh mint leaves 6

  • Lemon juice 4 tablespoons

  • Lemonade 1 1/4 cups


Step 1

Heat two cups of water in a saucepan. When it boils, place tea bags in it. Allow to stand for five minutes and then remove tea bags.

Step 2

Take orange juice, sugar (or honey), two mint leaves, lemon juice and blend in mixer till sugar dissolves. Add ice cubes to the tea decoction to cool it.

Step 3

When it cools completely add it to the orange juice mixture. Blend for a minute. Add lemonade and blend again. Pour into the serving glass.

Step 4

Decorate with a lemon slice and mint leaves and serve chilled.
