Cocktail Sauce

A sauce that can be made in a jiffy and can be served with a variety of snacks. The base of this sauce is mayonnaise and it's flavoured with tomato ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Cocktail Sauce

4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 1/2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce

Method

Take mayonnaise in a bowl. Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce and mix well.
Use as required.
