By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Papaya, Coconut milk Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Coco Papaya 2 cups Papaya chopped 1 cup Coconut milk 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Sugar 1 cup Pineapple juice as required Ice cubes for garnishing Pineapple slices Method Combine papaya, lemon juice and sugar in a blender jar. Blend well, adding the pineapple juice, gradually. Add a few ice cubes and blend again. Add coconut milk and blend to mix. Transfer into a jug and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Cut a small piece from a pineapple slice and arrange on the edge of an individual glass alongwith a thin lemon slice. Pour drink in it, decorate the way you like and serve chilled.
