Add coconut milk powder, mix well and let it reduce. Add khoya, mix well and cook till it thickens. Place coconut flesh in a grinder jar and grind finely. Add ground coconut flesh to the pan and mix well. Add grated coconut and mix well. Add sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar melts. Switch off heat and cool down to room temperature.
