Put the sugar in a pan and cook. Meanwhile peel bananas and put into a bowl and mash. Grate nutmeg over the bananas. Add vanilla seeds and mix. Once the sugar begins to caramelize, add bananas and mix. Add coconut and mix till the mixture forms a ball. Transfer the mixture onto a plate.
