Lightly grease a silicon cake mould. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and mix. Add vanilla essence and mix. Sift refined flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder into the bowl and mix. Add coconut and mix well. Add condensed milk Bake in the preheated oven for half an hour. Cool, cut into slices and serve.
