By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Feb 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Coffee decoction, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Coffee Cake - SK Khazana 1/4 cup Coffee decoction 100 grams Butter 3/4 cup Castor sugar 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 1/2 cups Biscuits ground 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder as required Fresh cream to garnish Icing sugar Method Preheat the oven to 180ยบ C. Take butter in a bowl, add castor sugar and beat with an electric hand blender till the mixture is pale and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well till light peaks are formed. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add ground biscuits, cocoa powder and baking powder. Gently cut and fold the mixture till well mixed. Add coffee decoction and fold into the mixture. Transfer the batter into cups. Put cream in a piping bag and pipe out cream on top of the batter and spread it with a toothpick to create a design. Keep the cups in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Bring the cups out of the oven, let them cool slightly.
