By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Nov 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Instant coffee powder, Milk Cuisine Italian Course Desserts Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-7 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Coffee Pannacotta - SK Khazana 1 1/2 teas for dusting Instant coffee powder 1 cup Milk 1/2 cup Castor sugar 2 cups Fresh cream 1 tablespoon Milk powder 2 teaspoons Gelatin powder Method Heat milk in a non-stick pan, add castor sugar and mix well. Bring it to a boil and take it off the heat. Add coffee powder and mix well. Heat fresh cream in another non-stick pan, add milk powder, mix well and bring to a boil. Add gelatine powder and stir continuously till it combines well. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the milk mixture, mix well and strain into a bowl. Pour into coffee cups and keep in the refrigerator to set.
