Ingredients list for Coffee Pannacotta - SK Khazana

  • 1 1/2 teas for dusting Instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Castor sugar
  • 2 cups Fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Milk powder
  • 2 teaspoons Gelatin powder

Method

  1. Heat milk in a non-stick pan, add castor sugar and mix well. Bring it to a boil and take it off the heat. Add coffee powder and mix well.
  2. Heat fresh cream in another non-stick pan, add milk powder, mix well and bring to a boil.
    Add gelatine powder and stir continuously till it combines well.
  3. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the milk mixture, mix well and strain into a bowl.
    Pour into coffee cups and keep in the refrigerator to set.
  4. Once set, take them out of the refrigerator, dust with some coffee powder and serve chilled.
