By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chocolate chip cookies, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cookie Muffin 10-12 Chocolate chip cookies 110 grams Refined flour (maida) 1 teaspoon Baking powder 125 grams Butter 125 grams Castor sugar (caster sugar) 3 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 30 millilitres Milk Method Preheat an oven at 180˚C. Sieve together the maida and baking powder into a bowl. Set aside. Cream together the butter and castor sugar in a large bowl, till fluffy. Add one egg at a time and continue creaming. Add vanilla essence and cream further till light and fluffy. Add the maida mixture. Mix well. Ensure that there are no lumps formed. Gradually add milk and mix well. Roughly crush cookies and add to the batter reserving some for topping. Pour the batter into silicon moulds on a baking tray, tap lightly, top reserved cookies and keep the tray in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
