Chop the onions into slightly big cubes. Put the onions into a bowl, add corn, pomegranate pearls, salt, chilli flakes, chaat masala and lemon juice. Chop coriander leaves finely and add and mix well. Cut the foil paper into squares. Apply a little butter in the middle. Place the corn mixture over and fold the foil to make a parcel. Bake these parcels in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve in the foil itself.
