Sieve together refined flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a mixing bowl. Add polenta, green chillies, chives, onion, processed cheese, oil, milk and spring onion greens and mix well. Pour the batter into the muffin moulds, place the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
