Ingredients list for Corn Gappe With Juice

  • 1/2 cup Sweet Corn
  • 20 Puris
  • 1 bottle Mixed Fruit Juice
  • 3 medium Onion
  • 8 Green chilli
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder roasted
  • 3 teaspoons Chaat masala
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • 2 Lemon

Method

  1. Chop onions and 4 green chillies.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onion and green chillies and sauté till transluscent. Add sweet corn, salt and 1 tsp roasted cumin powder and sauté. Add 1 tsp chaat masala and mix well. Keep it warm.
  3. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, remaining roasted cumin powder, black salt, remaining green chillies, juice of 2 lemons, ¼ cup mixed fruit juice to a paste and transfer into a bowl.
  4. Add remaining juice and remaining chaat masala and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator.
  5. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place a half on each toast along with a basil leaf and keep the toasts back in the oven and grill till the mozzarella cheese begins to melt.
