Break eggs and separate the whites into another bowl. Add spring onions in wok and sauté for 2 minutes. Add egg whites and mix. Add crab meat and toss to mix. Add red chillies, rice and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add coconut milk and lemon juice, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix again. Cook for 2 minutes more.
