By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cream cheese, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cream Cheese Salami 1/2 cup Cream cheese 1 tablespoon Oil 12 Chicken salami slices to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon to garnish Red chilli flakes 2-3 Garlic cloves finely chopped 1 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh cream to garnish Green olives Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add chicken salami and cook, turning sides, till evenly golden brown on both the sides. Take the pan off the heat, transfer the salami onto a plate and set aside. Take cream cheese in a bowl, add crushed black peppercorns, red chilli flakes, garlic, coriander leaves, salt and cream and mix well. Place a portion of cream cheese mixture in the centre of each salami slice, fold into half and secure with toothpicks. Arrange them on a serving plate. Sprinkle dried red chilli flakes, coriander leaves and garnish with olives.
