Ingredients list for Cream Cheese Salami

  • 1/2 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 12 Chicken salami slices
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 teaspoon to garnish Red chilli flakes
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cream
  • to garnish Green olives

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add chicken salami and cook, turning sides, till evenly golden brown on both the sides. Take the pan off the heat, transfer the salami onto a plate and set aside.
  2. Take cream cheese in a bowl, add crushed black peppercorns, red chilli flakes, garlic, coriander leaves, salt and cream and mix well.
  3. Place a portion of cream cheese mixture in the centre of each salami slice, fold into half and secure with toothpicks. Arrange them on a serving plate.
  4. Sprinkle dried red chilli flakes, coriander leaves and garnish with olives. Serve immediately.
