By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cream cheese, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 12 chicken salami slices 1 tablespoon oil ½ cup cream cheese Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes + for garnish 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish Salt to taste 1 tablespoon fresh cream Green olives for garnish Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add chicken salami and cook till evenly golden brown on both the sides. Take it off the heat and set aside. In a bowl, add cream cheese, crushed black peppercorns, red chilli flakes, garlic, chopped coriander leaves, salt and cream. Mix well. Place a portion of cream cheese mixture in the centre of each salami slice, fold into half and skewer onto toothpicks. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle dried red chilli flakes, chopped coriander and garnish with olives.
