By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Creamy Cajun Potatoes Main Ingredients Baby potatoes, Oil Cuisine Creole Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 10-12 baby potatoes, parboiled with skin Oil for deep-frying 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika Salt to taste Finely chopped onion for garnishing Finely chopped parsley for garnishing Method Lightly press baby potatoes between palms, place on a plate and set aside. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep-fry baby potatoes till golden-brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat mayonnaise in another non-stick pan. Add oregano, chilli flakes, basil, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, salt and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons water and mix once again. Add fried baby potatoes, mix and remove from heat.
