By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour, Medium orangres Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Crepes with Fruits 1 cup Refined flour 2 Medium orangres separated into segments 2-3 Medium kiwis peeled and cut into wedges 2 Eggs 1 1/2 cups Milk to taste Salt for drizzling Maple syrup Method Break eggs into a bowl, add milk and salt and whisk well. Sift flour into the bowl and whisk well to make a smooth and thin batter. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter, spread into a crepe and let the underside cook. Place some of the fruits on one side and fold the crepe into half and fold again to make a triangle. Make more crepes in the same way.
