By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Sep 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Crisp biscuits, Corn kernels Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Crispy Biscuit Corn Sev Puri - SK Khazana 12 Crisp biscuits 1 cup Corn kernels boiled to garnish Nylon sev 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 Medium onion chopped to sprinkle Chaat masala to taste Salt a pinch Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required Tamarind chutney as required Green chutney Method Put potato cubes in a bowl, add corn, onion, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mash lightly while mixing well. Arrange the crisp biscuits in a plate and place a generous portion of mixture on each biscuit. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney over all of them.
