By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Corn kernels, Cornflour Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1½ cups corn kernels boiled with salt and drained 3 tablespoons cornflour Oil to deep fry 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 teaspoon dried mango powder Salt to taste 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon dried parsley Method Take corn kernels in a bowl, add cornflour and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add the corn kernels and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer the fried corn kernels into another bowl. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, salt, lemon juice and parsley and mix well.
