By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Jul 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sweet Corn, Sweet corn (cream style) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Crispy Corn Cheese Balls ¾ cup Sweet Corn crushed ½ cup Sweet corn (cream style) 2-3 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated 1 Spring onion chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped ½ teaspoon Red chilli flakes to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch for deep-frying Oil for coating Corn flakes coarsely crushed Method Take sweet corn in a bowl. Add cream style corn, spring onion with greens, coriander leaves, chilli flakes, salt, cheese and cornflour and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Divide the corn-cheese mixture into equal portions and shape them into small balls. Coat the balls with the cornflakes and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
