By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless lamb, Onion Cuisine Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Crispy Lamb 180 grams Boneless lamb leg, cut into thin strip 30 grams Onion 10 grams Capsicum julienned 10 grams Carrot julienned 10 grams Ginger chopped 15 grams Garlic cloves peeled and chopped 10 grams Lamb stock to taste Salt 8 grams Seasoning 5 grams White pepper powder 20 grams Hoisin sauce 30 grams Spring onion 20 millilitres Refined oil Method Marinate lamb with seasoning, egg and cornflour and deep fry till crispy in hot oil. In a wok, add oil, ginger garlic, onion and veggies sauté for a minute. Add red chilli paste, hoisin sauce, stock, pepper, seasoning. Add 5 spice powder, shredded spring onion and fried lamb and toss well. Add chilli oil and toss well. Serve hot.
