Ingredients list for Crispy Lamb

  • 180 grams Boneless lamb leg, cut into thin strip
  • 30 grams Onion
  • 10 grams Capsicum julienned
  • 10 grams Carrot julienned
  • 10 grams Ginger chopped
  • 15 grams Garlic cloves peeled and chopped
  • 10 grams Lamb stock
  • to taste Salt
  • 8 grams Seasoning
  • 5 grams White pepper powder
  • 20 grams Hoisin sauce
  • 30 grams Spring onion
  • 20 millilitres Refined oil

Method

  1. Marinate lamb with seasoning, egg and cornflour and deep fry till crispy in hot oil.
  2. In a wok, add oil, ginger garlic, onion and veggies sauté for a minute. Add red chilli paste, hoisin sauce, stock, pepper, seasoning.
  3. Add 5 spice powder, shredded spring onion and fried lamb and toss well. Add chilli oil and toss well.
  4. Serve hot.
