By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Crunchy Pasta Main Ingredients Penne pasta, Crushed black peppercorns Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup boiled penne pasta Crushed black peppercorns to taste ½ teaspoon paprika powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ cup refined flour Oil for deep-frying Salt to taste Method Mix together crushed peppercorns, paprika powder, chaat masala, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside. Add pasta in a sieve and sift refined flour through it on a plate. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the pasta until golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
