Ingredients list for Crunchy Yogurt with Strawberries

  • 1 cup + to drizzle Yogurt whisked
  • 10 Fresh strawberries
  • 5-6 Kurmura laddoos
  • 3 tablespoons Blueberry jam Whisked
  • a little Mixed fruit jam

Method

  1. Hull the strawberries and chop them roughly.
  2. Take blueberry jam in a bowl, add whisked yogurt and mix well.
  3. Rub a little mixed fruit jam on the insides of the serving glass cups to make stripes.
  4. Crush kurmura laddoos coarsely in a bowl.
  5. Half fill the glass cups with the crushed laddoos and put the blueberry yogurt over it.
  6. Top it with strawberries, drizzle a little plain yogurt on top. Sprinkle a little crushed kurmura laddoos and serve immediately.
