Ingredients list for Cucumber Lassi

  • 2 medium Cucumber peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 2 inches Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • a pinch Asafoetida
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Blend together the cucumber, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, sugar, asafoetida and salt to a smooth paste.
  2. Add the yogurt and blend again. Pour into individual tall glasses, chill and serve
