Ingredients for Cucumber and Kokum Ice Candy Recipe

  • Medium cucumbers peeled and cut into roundels 4

  • Kokum syrup 4 tablespoons

  • Fresh mint leaves 16-20

  • Sugar syrup 3-4 tablespoons


Step 1

Put cucumber slices, mint leaves and sugar syrup into smooth mixture. Transfer in a jar. Add kokum syrup and mix well.

Step 2

Pour the cucumber-kokum mixture into individual popsicle moulds, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours or till set.

Step 3

Demould and serve immediately.
