Curried Chicken Satay Boneless chicken strips marinated with curry powder based marinade, skewered onto satay sticks and grilled. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Curry powder Cuisine Thai Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Curried Chicken Satay 400 grams Boneless chicken cut into strips 1 tablespoon Curry powder 2 tablespoons Peanut butter 2 tablespoons Coconut cream 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped for greasing Butter 3-4 Iceberg lettuce leaves Method Take chicken strips in a bowl. Add peanut butter, coconut cream, green chillies, curry powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, crushed peppercorns, salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Preheat an electric grill toaster. Skewer each marinated chicken strip on a satay sticks. Grease the preheated toaster with some butter, place the prepared satay sticks on the preheated toaster and grill from both sides till chicken is cooked and golden.
